  Indoor Cable Tray:

Indoor cable tray have sleek design which makes it light weight & robust to carry cable loads Easy to install and flexibility to mount either in wall or on ceiling. A number of accessories are available like coupler joints, bends, adjustable side wall brackets etc. Flanged nut bolts either passivated or in stainless steel with nylon Washer. 		 
   
  Outdoor Cable Tray:

Outdoor cable trays have robust design to carry cable load to under adverse weather condition. These are design for all cell site requirements & are galvanized to IS Standard (IS:4759) having galvanization up to 60 microns.

Easy to install and flexibility to mount either in wall or on ceiling. A number of accessories are available like coupler joints, bends adjustable side wall brackets etc. Vertical supports up to height of 3 meter are provided. Stainless Steel AISI 304 hardware is used.    
 
   
  Clamping and Hangers:


   Airtech hangers features ergonomic design that provides easy field Attachment. The 'Click On' Hanger clamps is an efficient and versatile system for safe and secure feeder management in all cellular application. These are manufactured using tough UV resistant material. The unique shape of each clamp has been designed to transfer grip equally around the cable giving maximum security and minimum stress.
Using a S/S threaded rod one can mount upto six cables in one assembly such as shown aside. Lambda manufactures various types of hangers such as :

   3. Economical Stainless Steel AIAI grade clamp

Angle adopter is used to mount hangers to support members Up to thickness of 22mm.

 Grounding Kits & Earthing Solutions:


 
  Standard Grounding Kit:

A grounding kit is used to divert transient currents from lightning off the transmission line to an earth grounding system to prevent damage to cable and radio equipment. A typical installation uses 3 grounding kits; near the top of the main feeder cable, at the bottom of the main feeder prior to the horizontal run and just prior to the cable entering the building.

  Airtech grounding kits are designed to withstand all possible lighting strikes for certainty of continued operation. The non-braided, solid copper construction of grounding kits eliminates corrosion caused by moisture retention.

Accessories supplied with Grounding Kit:

   1. Locking Pin
   2. PVC Tape 50 mm wide, Length 10 meters
   3. Butyl rubber 50mm wide, Length 1 meter
   4. S/S Hardware M6 x 50mm
 
 Perfect Ground Kit:

  Airtech has also come up with the new Perfect Ground kit that offer even greater installation ease than standard grounding kits. The new grounding kits are factory assembled into one components and feature a pre-formed, clip-on ground strap for easy snap-on installation. A standard weatherproofing kit (tape) and a weatherproofing boot is supplied with the Perfect Ground versions. 		 
   
  Connector Earthing Kit:

  Airtech also offers indoor Connector Earthing Kits consisting of S/S strap and accessories with 25 mm2 Flexible cable.
These Earthing Kits are wrapped around the connectors inside the shelters for extra grounding . 		 
   
  Grounding Bars:

  Airtech Ground bars offer the extra mounting flexibility so often needed at many wireless communications sites. This solid copper bar accommodates vertical and 90 degree mounting configurations and provide a central point to collect grounding leads. Its ideal for towers, buildings, rooftops and anywhere grounding is required.

  Wall Entry Systems:


    The point of Feeder Cable entry is critical when bringing cables into a building or equipment shelter. Airtech cable entry systems help protect valuable telecom equipment by preventing the ingress of dust & water. Airtech provides wall entry solutions to meet customer requirements in different applications. Ai wall entry system consists of base plate and detachable UV proof EPDM rubber boots which comes in different shapes and sizes.
